It all started with my mother’s mango chutney. She brought homemade chutney made with the best of summer’s mangoes in northern India when she visited us in California a few years ago. I served it with a creamy Brie and our friends loved it! 

That started me on a journey of finding the best of Eastern and Western flavors and putting them together in a mouthwatering bite..

We moved to the Netherlands in the summer of 2017, and during our travels to Italy, Portugal, Greece, Israel, Brazil, France and more, I foraged in food markets and spice bazaars to find flavors to bring back to my kitchen. These treasures inspire me everyday to create something different; and find ways to share with my friends and family, and my community that so gracefully embraced us in our adventure.
